Marisa Hope

Founder of Hope Wellness and The Fed Girl Online Course, I have been a fitness and nutrition coach since 2018. My journey started as a bodybuilder, and I was head deep in disordered eating patterns, body dysmorphia and all kinds of health issues because of the extremes I went to. Now, I help women stuck in similar patterns do the same - to break free from diet culture shackles, regain their self confidence, learn to love yourself again and to enjoy your nourishment, movement & daily routines.

Who is the course for? Do I need to be at a certain level or understanding in my journey to benefit?

The course is for women at any stage of their journey - it doesn't matter if you've been working towards food freedom, body image healing or more self confidence for a few years, or a few days. It is a foundational course that delivers ample amounts of knowledge, insight and reminders for every stage of your journey.

The course is specifically designed for women who have previously struggled with yoyo dieting, the restrict / binge cycle, feeling guilt, fear or shame around food, body dysmorphia, poor body image, negative self talk, obsessing about weight or the scale, low self confidence, always wanting to be smaller, believing your self worth is tied to your body and feeling confused on how to eat or move your body in a balanced and enjoyable way. 

Any woman will benefit from this course - whether you want to do a deep dive into your healing and empowerment journey, OR you simply want to learn how to create balanced meals you love and implement more supportive routines into your life - you will discover simplicity, enjoyment and self trust within the course.

Do we gain lifetime access to the course contents and community upon enrolment?

Absolutely! Upon enrolment, you will forever be able to access the course contents, video modules, resources and anything else within the course itself. You will also be able to access the community group chat for life.

There is no time limit or rush in terms of completing the course. You can go through the contents at your own pace and spend as much time as you'd like on each concept / learning module. It is designed to support you with whatever you need most help with. I recommend moving through the contents in a way that feels supportive and simple. The idea is not to rush through and feel overwhelmed or stressed, this should be empowering, fun and easily applied into your life!

Maybe you spend more time on one concept and start small, this is the way to do it! Lifetime access to the course also means you can revisit certain concepts or modules every so often if you need a refresh or reminder on things you learned!

What if I feel like I need more support or if I have questions? Is there a way to be in touch with you?

You are never alone in this journey! Not only will you be able to keep in touch with me and the other women through the community group chat, but this is also where you'll be able to ask questions whenever you need! Collective healing is powerful - you never know if you ask a question that someone else was wondering about, OR if someone asks a question that you yourself were also curious about. This is where we really thrive together and facilitate even more healing!

If you move through the course and feel you still want or need more support/guidance, I have programs that will help you take things to the next level. We can discuss either my group program options or working together 1:1 and figure out what approach might be best and most supportive for you.

If you'd like to discuss a certain concept or ask questions in a deeper way, we can also schedule a 1:1 coaching call together where we will go over more specifically what you need and what areas you need more help with. I totally hear you, I was there too for years and I know what it's like to want to make these changes, but being a bit scared or nervous to actually start the healing journey.

I promise you, I created this course specifically for women like you - because I've been there, and I know that although it's nerve-racking to try something new, it's also the most freeing and empowering journey ever, and you absolutely DESERVE to have peace with food and your body without overcomplicating it or making it stressful.

The course concepts are proven methods I work through with 1:1 clients and have helped hundreds of women all over the world to end the restrict / binge cycle, no longer feel guilt or fear around food, to have more body acceptance and not feel so consumed by their body, to build self confidence and overall have more peace in their lives. 

We take things slow, keep things simple and overall make sure what you're implementing is enjoyable and realistic - otherwise what's the point. This course is unique and like no other in the way it's delivered. I genuinely want you to thrive and have more fun. It's not about cramming as much info in as possible, or overwhelming you with trying to change everything overnight. We focus on tangible, simple and realistic approaches that work for YOU and simply provide you with the foundations to build the life you want, without the stress or overwhelm.
